PETITION

I, the undersigned, do strongly object to any proposed landfill in the South Kansas City, MO area, particularly between 150 Highway and 155th Street (County Line Road), and Peterson and Horridge Roads in Kansas City, MO. As a resident of this area, I urge all elected officials and staff to reject any proposal, permit application or request for rezoning or Special Use Permit that would allow such a project with related or intended use.
